BusBuzz provides information tools for public transport in Israel. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt it, or make automated requests that harm its availability.

No account or payment is required for the current service. Any future paid features would be described separately before purchase. These terms do not grant ownership of BusBuzz software, branding or third-party data.

Schedules and stop information come from Israel Ministry of Transport GTFS data. Live arrival estimates and reported vehicle positions use MOT SIRI where available; some map positions use Open Bus as a fallback. BusBuzz presents these external data as available and does not operate transport services or independently verify every report.

Live arrivals, schedules, walking distances and vehicle positions are informational estimates. They may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. A route shown on the map is not a guarantee of service. Check official transport information for changes, fares, platform assignments and accessibility.

Notifications depend on data availability, permissions, connectivity and operating system scheduling. BusBuzz cannot guarantee that an alert will arrive at a particular time. Do not rely on the app as your only means of catching a last service or receiving important travel information.

Transport data, maps and linked websites are provided by independent services and remain subject to their licenses and terms. BusBuzz is not affiliated with or endorsed by a transport authority unless explicitly stated.

Our Privacy Policy explains optional permissions, local storage and network processing. You control access to location and notifications through app and device settings.

We may update, change or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BusBuzz and its operator are not liable for missed buses or other transport services, missed connections, delays, additional travel costs or other losses resulting from reliance on transport data, vehicle positions or alerts that are inaccurate, delayed, unavailable or not delivered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
