Finding stops and arrivals

Search using a stop name, stop code or line number. Select a stop, then a line and direction to narrow arrivals. All arrivals opens the complete list for the stop. Live and Schedule labels identify estimates and timetable information.
Available translations come from the transport catalog. If a stop or destination is not translated into the selected language, the original name is shown. A line number alone may match different cities or directions.

Nearby stops and the live map

Enable Use my location in Settings and allow the browser or device permission to see nearby stops and distances. You can still search manually without permission.
The web map requires WebGL2. If it cannot open, check browser graphics support and hardware acceleration, or try another supported browser. The search screen remains available when the map cannot render.

Alerts and reminders

Select a stop and line, use the bell to choose an alert lead time, and allow notifications. Manage or remove saved alerts and weekly reminders on the Alerts screen, accessible from Settings or the bell on Home and Live when alerts are saved. Browser alerts require the app to stay open; mobile background checks depend on the operating system and are not guaranteed to run at exact intervals.
If alerts do not appear, check notification permissions, battery restrictions, connectivity and whether fresh arrivals are available for that direction. An arrival can change after an alert is scheduled.

Missing or incorrect transport information

Live means an estimate from a real-time feed; Schedule means a timetable entry. Neither guarantees that a vehicle will arrive at the displayed time. Missing vehicle positions or live arrivals do not by themselves mean a service is canceled.
BusBuzz cannot correct operator schedules or control bus movements. Check with the transport operator for disruptions, missed services or last departures. To report a display problem, send us the stop code, line, direction and date and time, including your time zone.

Accessibility and feedback

You can change language, theme and card display in Settings. If you encounter a keyboard, screen reader, contrast or right-to-left layout issue, email support with the affected screen and device. We welcome accessibility feedback.
