BusBuzz has no user accounts. Favorites, recent stops, preferences and saved alerts are stored on your device or in your browser. You can remove them without sending a request.

Remove individual saved items

In Search, open the three-dot menu next to a favorite and choose Delete, or use the filled star on the same selection to remove it. Open Recent and use Clear to remove recent history.
Open Alerts from Settings to remove next-bus alerts and weekly reminders. Remove alerts before clearing storage so the app can cancel their scheduled notifications. You can also disable notifications in your device or browser settings.

Remove all local BusBuzz data

On the web, remove the site data for busbuzz.online in your browser settings, close all BusBuzz tabs, and reload if you want to start fresh. Revoke location and notification permissions separately if desired.
On Android, use system Settings → Apps → BusBuzz → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. On iOS, delete the app using Delete App rather than Offload App. If you use a development build inside Expo Go, manage Expo Go storage instead; this can affect other projects.
Local deletion removes saved favorites, recent history, alerts, preferences and cached data from that installation. It does not delete browser or device backups; manage those through your backup provider. Close the app after clearing data to avoid an already open session saving its in-memory state again.
